Students may declare the BSE major by contacting the BSE Program,
housed in the Geography Department. Please call 612-625-0133 to
schedule a time to meet with Lisa Brownell in her office at 414
Social Science Building.

In general, if Lisa is in her office, she is available for walk-in
advising. There is a sign-up sheet on the office door to sign up
for appointments if you would like, or you may call or email Lisa to
arrange a specific day and time. The sign-up sheet on the door
will also indicate if Lisa has any meetings that may be overlapping
with walk-in hours that day.
Students wishing to declare the BSE major or receive information about
it are welcome to meet with Lisa. Professor Rod Squires will be
available to assist students with senior projects and advise
students. Professor Squires is available by appointment or during
his regular office hours throughout the semester.
